“As a senior consultant, I’ve twice encountered the BBBi solution from Absolute Technologies deployed at my client. In each case, Cam Larner of Absolute Technologies was immediately and helpfully responsive when contacted to address any product questions related to our project. I first encountered BBBi while working on an Archive & Purge solution for my client. As BBBi database triggers audit changes to Order Management sales orders, we needed to design a means to archive (and thus update) the sales order records without triggering a correlated change to the BBBi data. Cam solved our issue by directing us to use the available BBBi configuration options that allowed us to effectively ignore archive related changes while maintaining bookings data accuracy and integrity. My second experience with BBBi and Cam happened while working to solve a Data Warehouse issue where the Production and DW sales order data had become ‘out-of-sync’.  With Cam’s direction, we were able to efficiently leverage the change history retained in the BBBi audit tables to re-synchronize the two databases, saving us time and effort and dramatically improving load performance.
